Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake

If you saw my Periscope broadcast on Friday, then you have already seen how easy this Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake is to make!  And I promise you - it is just as delicious as it looks!


Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake

1 packet chocolate protein powder (I, of course, use the Plexus 96 Chocolate Protein powder, because it has all natural ingredients and tastes delicious!)

1 Tbsp powdered peanut butter (I found that using a full serving masked the chocolate flavor - and I want to taste the chocolate!)

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Mix all of the above in a blender bottle and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to thicken, then ENJOY!  At less than 200 calories, it's a very filling and guilt-free breakfast!
