I'm Feeling a Little Goofy

Today's the day - training for January's Goofy's Race and a Half Challenge has officially begun!!!


I'm super excited to be working with Krissy from Outrunning the Monorail, who has devised my training plan for the next 18 weeks.  Here's a look at this week's plan:

Monday - 3 miles

Tuesday - Cross-training - a very important part of the schedule!  Tomorrow I will be going to one of my new favorite classes at LiveFit - TurboKick!

Wednesday - 3 miles

Thursday - Another cross-training day.  I'd like to get in some strength training so this week I will go to bootcamp.

Friday - 3 miles

Saturday - Rest (YAY!!!)

Sunday - 6 miles
