  1. Tell me your favorite way to fuel for a workout : I currently use the PowerBar Energy Blasts. Never tried Energy Bits, but would like to!!

  4. I use Hammer Products - Anti-fatigue and Electrolytes - Also Hammer Gel. Big Hammer fan here!
