Dumbo Training: Week 2

Time for an update on this week's Dumbo Training!  But first, our countdown update as of last night:

Dumbo Double Dare Training:  Week 2

Tuesday:  45 minutes

Wednesday:  6x800 speed training

Thursday:  45 minutes

Saturday:  4 miles

I added the speed training this week because I really feel it is helping me - I don't plan to crank out a PR in Disneyland but I sure don't want to be fearing the van of shame the entire run either - I am hoping to take lots of pics and have lots of fun this time around!  I won't be doing that every week but since my elliptical is broken (more on that topic Friday), I had an extra day to fill.  Saturday's run may be done on Sunday, schedule dependent.  

So far, so good!  Getting really excited!!
