Fitness Friday

TGIF!  Time to link up with Running Bloggers for Fitness Friday!

Here is my workout recap from last week:

Monday:  30 minute resistance/RPM workout on the elliptical

Tuesday:  3.52 mile run on the treadmill, 11:21 min/mile pace

Wednesday:  20 minutes of kickboxing and strength training with this lady right here
My new favorite cross-training video!!!

Thursday:  3.52 mile run on the treadmill, 11:21 min/mile pace

Friday:  Another 20 minutes with my gal Jillian

Saturday:  5K for Freedom (see my recap here if you missed it!) at 9:16 min/mile pace - a new 5K PR!

Sunday:  Much needed rest day

  1. I don't have any of her video's in my collection. but I have a PT job at a library and I see them all the time, maybe I'll check on out and give it a try!

    1. You should!! I also have her 30 day shred - kicks my butt every time!

  2. I'm not a big video workout user, but I would chose hers because she is intense on BL!
