Fitness Friday

I am linking up with Running Bloggers today for Fitness Friday!



This is my workout summary from last week - it's a little different from my usual but that was because we were out of town for Grandma Nell's funeral.  Nonetheless, I got at least one run done in South Carolina!



Monday:  45 minute elliptical resistance workout

Tuesday:  3.54 mile run at 11:17 min/mile pace

Wednesday:  Nike Fitness Club circuit training (this was the first time I tried this, I downloaded the FREE APP on my iPad and WOW - that's all I can say...)

Thursday:  Traveled overnight

Friday:  4 mile run at 10:25 min/mile pace (this was the South Carolina run - I mean, DANG, I was flying!!  I had to double check my Garmin and I'm still not convinced that it's not broken...)

Saturday:  Funeral and traveled home

Sunday:  Unplanned rest day

  3. Congrats on a great week! Good luck on your race this weekend! I'm running Sunday too. And I don't think your Garmin would be broken! You just ran at that pace. Awesome!
