Well, I've hit it...the dreaded weight loss plateau...

And I know why.

Now that Morgan seems to have outgrown her dairy intolerance - I am eating all the ice cream I can cram in!!  And I've been doing less and less cross/strength training on my non-running days, I'll admit to that.  I have been stuck at the same weight since we went to the lake 3 weeks ago and I'm mad at myself for letting it happen!!!

Anyone out there have any tips for getting over this plateau?  I have 76 days to lose 15 more pounds and if I don't get over this hump quickly I'm not gonna make my goal :(
